Cleaning Crew ?'s

I have an 80 gal tank w/ 4 damsels, 1 royal gramma and 90 pounds of live rock. My tank has cycled and all levels are good (according to this site). I have a protein skimmer 3 power heads and basic lighting. What & how many do I need to add to have a reasonable cleaning crew????
Shrimps?
Crabs?
Snails?
Conchs?
Anything else?

go to reef packages and that will give you a good idea on what to have:yes:

A good rule of thumb is to have one 'cleaner' per gallon.
Here's my suggestion for you:
(BTW, this is a crew for a FOWLR setup)
15 Nassarius Snails
15 Cerith Snails
30 Scarlett Hermit Crabs
5 Peppermint Shrimps
1 Brittle Starfish
1 Fighting Conch
3 Emerald Crabs
Don't forget to get empty shells for your hermits.

I like Duke's suggestion other than I'd go more of both snails and less hermits. It's which ever you like better.
The reef packages on here don't contain the best choices and tend to be too big for most needs.
