cleaning tank?!!!

So like I said I have a 30g with a fluval 303 no live stuff and 4 fish, I have been reading alot about cleaner fish what are the best and do I still vacum the tank? I vac about every 3 weeks. Are they good for the tank? are can I do with out?

If I'm not mistaking cleaner fish clean parasites off fish, not clean up poop and algea. For that you need a clean up crew of hermits and snails.
