cleaning up a SFE

I bought a SFE today, I also have a spotted puffer and a Niger. If the SFE hangs out in and under the rocks all day, how do I clean the CC under the rocks. Do I need to move the rocks once in a while to siphon pooh out? I am planning bi-monthly water changes of about 5%
Where do I get a feeding stick, would a wood kabob stick work?

That could work, but there are special sticks out there that are better. They are clear, so the fish doenst know that he is getting food on a stick. i would take a picture, but I cant even see mine too well. If you have a cleaning crew, they will take care of his pooh for you, If not, then yes, remove some rocks, but be careful.
