Cleanup Crew in a Puffer Tank

Hey all.
Just as the title implies, what would make a good clean up crew in a tank with a Bluedot Puffer in it? I had hermits and snails and they used to go all over the place. So active. However, once I put in my puffer and I noticed he did go after the hermits occassionally, I've seen the hermits barely ever walking around during the day. They're still alive, I see them at night and during the day once in a while, but not as much as they used to.
So, since a puffer would like to go after shelled animals, what would the ideal cleanup crew be?

If you have enough algae to keep it alive....an Urchin loves algae, and with those prickles, I bet the puffer would leave it alone. Make sure the rocks are good and stable.

A related question:
Would the blue spot puffer go okay with a cleaner shrimp, or would he try and eat him too?
It's hit or miss. I have a puffer, trigger, eel and grouper in my tank. My cleaner shrimp has been in there for a year now. They all seem to love getting cleaned.

I had a long spine urchin and a 2in valentini puffer and i had to move the urchin to our 75g tank with a grouper because the puffer was biting the tips of the spines off and it would have killed it if i didnt notice something was wrong.
