When your levels of ammonia, nitrite and nitrate are all at 0, i would wait a week to be sure. Then add a crew. Thats what i did and i had no problems. :happy:
As someone suggested to me. After your tank has cycled, feed your new tank food for about a week to see if you get a re-spike. If you don't, you are ready for live stock. :yes:
