I have a 29 that is about 2 1/2 months old. What kind of cleanup crew should I get, and how many?

Hi there,
Variety is by far best. You could get 30 hermit crabs, but obviously they arent going to eat the stuff and do the job the Super Turbs do! My suggestion would be this:
6 REd Legs
6 Super Turbo Snails
6 Nassarius Snails
1 Fighting Conch
1 Cleaner Shrimp
Maybe you could add some cerith snails, a emerald crab or something?

I'll second Asteas over the Mexican Turbos. My tank stays between 80 and 81 degrees, and I've had a much higher survival rate them.
