Clear Worm?

Ok so I have bought a rock that has about 7 mushroom polyps on and an aptasia on the side go figure....anyways, sometimes during the evening when I turn the daylights off and the lunar lights come on this clear looking worm thing comes out of the middle of the rock but never completly........it looks about 3 inches long and very very thin. It always just comes out and skims around on the mushrooms....any idea what this could be? I'll get a pic posted asap.

Are you sure its clear? Could it be more of an off white color? If so I was thinking it could be some sort of tube worm.

its like a translucent white.

It's difficult without a photo, but I'm guessing either terebellid or cirratulid worms or maybe vermetid snails.

I think I saw this in another forum.
Bang Guy guessed Vermited snail.
I was going to say something different just to disagree, but it's prolly a vermitid snail.
