Closed Loop Help/

I just got a used 90g tank drilled for a closed loop... sounds good.
The problem is that it has a 3/4" drain hole and two 1/2" returns. I know these are small. Could I use a Gen-X PCX-30 (825gph) pump on this?

It's drilled for a sump/refugium OR a closed loop IMO. Are you going FOWLR, Reef???
