Cloudy eye on my Bicolor angel?

Hi,
Recently I got a nice little bicolor angel. He picks at the rocks all day long but I have yet to see him eat anything I put in the tank.
Won't even touch the seaweed I clip to the inside glass.
My fox face and the angel get along but my hippo tang chases him around a bit.
My question is that one of his eyes is a bit cloudy. It's not totally clouded over, just enough to see there is something going on and only on one side. Any ideas what may be causing this and what I can or should do? Can I help this guy be more happy?
Thanks

Ive never had any luck with bi color angels. If you just added it it could be the manifestations of transport and new surroundings.
If your water is off then hope you dont get the condition pop eye which comes from water conditions.
I dont think I would do anything at this timeexcept allow it to settle in and see. i would check my water and make sure all is good with it. As far as eating , well was it eating wjen you brought it home and how long had it been in captivity before hand?
That other fish chasing it around wont help.
