cloudy eye?

my tank ihas been set up for about a year and a half now, and i have a heni. butterfly and two damsels my butter fly fish about two days ago started to show sgins of a cloudy eye so i put garlic on his food when i fed the fish. he also had white spots but the white spots have seemed to disapate but now he has a red thing on his eye and it is still coudy ihave lr, and i ave a limited amount of coral in the tankhe seems to be eatinf just fine, infacethe is doging most of the food i put ion the tank, heis being fed, misi shrimmp and brine, the other fish in the tank dont seem to be showing sigins of disease, so im at a loss, someoneplease help me out...it would be greatly appreciated. thanks -joe

joe, did you get this fish recently, or added fish recently to the tank? Sounds to me that the butterfly has ich with possibly and secondary infection resulting from the ich.
Do you have LR in your tank? Do you have a QT? How many fish in the tank?

beth, yes i have lr in the fish tank, i have three fish in total, i got this fish about 2 weeks ago, and i do not have a qt tank set up, i might but im not sure how to go about setting it up, if that is the only soltuion to my problem then that is what im going to do.. what doyou think?:help:
