Cloudy Tank in the Morning. Clear at Night?

Seems in the past few days when i go to turn on the light in the morning my tank is cloudy. But when i come home from work 8 hrs later my tank is clear. I have a 20gal tank. with about 20lbs of live rock. 3 damsals,1 starfish,1 coral banded shrimp, 1 anemone. all my tests show good water conditions. Please help..

Something is most likly stirring through the substrate at night.Most inverts,including your starfish,are night time feeders.This would cause the morning cloud.
