Cloudy Tank

i was wondering if anyone has any ideas why my tank is cloudy? i have a 65 gallon sea clear II tank. it has 50 gals of water in it. i changed 20 gals of water last weekend. i tested the water last night and the results were zeros across the board with a pH of 8.0. the tank is cloudy, filters arent' plugged and all the fish are healthy. i changed the pre-filter and added new charcoal. the tank still will not clear up. any thoughts?

this often happens after an improper water change especially if you used fresh water to clean your filters. what happened is you killed the bacteria and it is floating in the tank causing a cloudy look. you should add a bio booster to help clear it up
