Would have to know a few things first.
How long has it been cloudy? New system?
What type of filtration?
What type of pumps, powerheads, return pump...all pumps and GPH rating?
What type of fish are in there?
What type of sand did you use.

its a 75 gal tank.
its been cloudy a couple of weeks.
i got 2 power heads that i cant remeber the gph on. i will look this evening though.
i got a protein skimmer rated for a 150 gal tank.
Penguin Bio-Wheel Power Filter 330 gph
i got 2 triggers, a snowflake eel, and a few damsels.
i used some southdown sand.
will this help???

Are your powerheads positioned so they are not blowing the sand at all? My tank didn't want to clear either, then I noticed one of the powerheads was hitting the sand just enough to make a mess. I moved it and within a day the water cleared.

my protein skimmer may be doin that. the water flows in pretty good and i think it hit the bottom. would putting my water level really high help this problem. thanx

it should, whenever my water level starts going down my anemone can feel the water coming from one of my pumps and shrivels up till I top it off again. Try raising the water level that should help.
