Cloudy Water after using Reef Crystals

I am setting up a new 180g saltwater aquarium with a 40g sump. I have used Instant Oceans in the past and decided to use the Reef Crystals on this setup. I first filled the tank with 210g of RO water and over a 2 day period added the salt that I recently purchased from Fosters&Smith. The water has been very cloudy ever since I added the salt (10 days ago). The tank is bare and I am not proceeding until the water clears. Something does not seem right
SG 1.022
PH 8.2-8.4

Has any had a similar experience?

has all the salt dissolved? what are your alk and ph readings? maybe because i beleive reef crystals has a higher concentration of calcium and it is precipitating? just offering some ideas and a bump.

So what I might be seeing is Calcium Carbonate. My PH ~8.4 and have not check my alk. All the salt dissolved about 9 days ago. Can I break it back down by adding ... vinegar.

Maybe it's the brand.
But I heard it was a good brand..maybe it's just a time thing and it needs to dissolve.
Anyone else with reef Crystal opinion??
