cloudy water

i started hypo 2 days ago and have only fed my fish twice... and the water is cloudy...could it be from the kent ph buffer im using or is it suppose to be cloudy

It's not supposed to be cloudy.
It could be from your buffer. Make sure to check your other readings, especially the nitrites and ammonia.

i checked my amonia and its high what should i do ...use a amonia removr ?

Amquel will help.
A large water change will also help.
You also need to figure out why it went up? Did something die? Be careful about overfeeding or adding too many new fish.
