cloudy water

i just added 45 lbs of live rock to my new tank and the water is a greenish, cloudy looking water. is that normal?

It'll go away, you might try running some AC, it'll help out.
EDIT: You're in the middle of a cycle, I wouldn't run carbon at all, it's going to take a while, but your water will clear up on its own provided you have the right flow and filtration.
