cloudy water

i posted about 4 weeks ago that i added sand to my live sand and i then got a brown algea proble the algea don't seem go away. i done water changes with a tap water purified and i only have one fish in there right now that i only feed in small amounts, all the suden 2 days ago my water started getting cloudy and is cloudy right know i checked all my water parameter and everything checks ok. does any one know what is going on here and how can i get rid of this brown algea is all over the place. i clean it in the morning and by night time it's on there again.

do you use a protein skimmer? i had this problem as well, and after hooking up the protein skimmer, it cleared up in a matter of hours...

yes i have a skimmer and alot of stuff come out every day.

Do you dose your tank?If so and your using calcium or a calcium buffer then it could be a "snowstorm".Comes from really high calcium readings.Other than that I don't have clue.
