cloudy water

have not been doin nothin different, just water is gettin cloudy, how u make it become clear again?

is your tank cycling? did you just add the sand/salt? if so then it will stay cloudy for about 24-48 hours, but if it just became cloudy out of nowhere, then your lr might have not been clenaed before they were put in?

its been set up with fish for about 2 months roughly and i dont have any live rock..yet
also if it aint no trouble..could some tell me if a live rocks (fiji) been sittin at ***** for a good while (month?) is it okay if i just add a pound or 2 without curin it?

when you say cloudy, do you mean a white color or a brownish green tint? if its brownish green, running carbon will do wonders for water clarity. also vigorous protein skimming is always preferred too.

as stated above and a uv does great for water clairty.
whats ur tank size?

are they micro bubbles? try turning everything off for an hour or so and see if they go away. could be sand sediment clouding the water. what are you using for filtration? what type of sand are you using and did you wash/rinse it first? how long has it been in there? and either way, get some carbon running in there.

yea i would say replace your carbon pads... its about time in any case (~2 months)
