cloudy water???

Cloudy water isnt really much to worry about if it has only been a few days. What kind of substrate do you have? If you have moved around your substrate then that would cause the cloudy water other it shouldnt be cloudy. How long has it been cloudy? If it has been cloudy for over 2 weeks then you should start to worry a little. Just watch out for your fish for stress and check to make sure your filters are clean and up to par.

If you want your tank to be perfectly clear then I recommend a skimmer that is fed with ozone hooked up to an ORP controller that is set around 350mv...
