cloudy water

Hi Everyone.. my tank has been up about 2 weeks now. I had my amonia spike as well as nitrite. I got cloudy water during my nitrite spike, but then it quickly went away and I had crystal clear water. I then had to do some work in my sump, so I had to remove it and use a 20 gal tank as a sump for 2 days. After I put back in my original sump, the water has been cloudy. I thought it was just from me disturbing things, but it has been two days and it is still cloudy. all parameters are good... i.e. ammonia 0 nitrite 0 and nitrate 10-20 I did a 15 gal water change this morning thinking it might help but it hasnt yet. I also added a bag of activate carbon under my return pipe in my sump. Any tips or ideas what it is? It doesnt look to me to be unsettled sand or anything. the three powerheads in the tank are also not pointed down at the substrate. The tanks is not completely milky cloudy... but it deff. is not clear.
