My tank is still really cloudy should i turn the filter off or what should i do?

Get API bio-zorb or something it's called, it comes in little pouches. Cleared mine up fast.

Why is it "still" cloudy? What happened to initially make it cloudy?
Did you just put new sand in the tank? If so was it dry sand from a box or bag? The new sand needs to be rinsed first before adding it to the tank. The fine sediment will cause problems for a while.
If that was not the case you may have a more serious issue. Back up and give us some information.

I went back and looked at your profile. 10 gallon tank just set it up. It sounds like you may either have the sand issue or it could be an ammonia spike. You said in another thread your fish was stressed.
Mplease post your water rest parameters including ammonia. This could be serious.
What filters are in your hob? Do you run charcoal in your filter?
First and foremost post water test numbers.
