cloudy water

For some reason today my tank looks cloudy. I do a 3 gal water change once a week. The specific gravity looks good, I changed out my filters, the water looks clear but cloudy. Am I missing something.:

what kind of water... tap? RO? any carbon? any fish missing?

what filters are you talking about? hang on filter media with the floss and carbon? if thats so i think thats whats causing the cloudiness. if you totally replaced them with new ones you do get rid of some bacteria and set it back a little. dont worry it will recover and become clear again.
