clown and mushrooms

Hi, my tomato clown is presently hosting in a mushroom, is this okay?
The mushroom closes up when the clown goes into the center of it so the clown swims underneith it also.
I feels so bad, but I cannot have an anemone due to my type of lights. I know there are other types of mushrooms out there, is there any type of mushroom that would not close up on my clown so it can host inside it?

Don't feel bad - I have a coral banded Shrimp that hangs upside down on a rocky "ledge" all day, with just his very long "whiskers" sticking out. I think MY clown is trying to host against the whiskers!
I think I'll go find him a nice mushroom!!!
