Clown breathing heavily

Just recently my percula clown fish started breathing strangly and is now laying on the sand. I imediantly moved him to the hospital tank. I have only dealt with ich and don't know what to use/do for heavy breathing. I did find this medicine for a broad range of diseases, but I'm not sure if it is good for what my clown has. The medicine is called Marin Oomed. Does anybody know if this medication is effective? And if not what would you consider?

Hello.. Just thought that I might ask, have you checked the water conditions in your main tank ? It seems much like symtoms of high ammonia.
