clown can you tell the sex apart?

I have one perc clown and i want to get him a friend can you --- them apart in looks?

Well, you should be able to find this info, doing a search from any search engine, about clowns. Very abundant. You will learn that the --- does not matter as they change sexes. The large is the female is all there is to know.

yep if you have 2 the same size one will become more aggressive and dominant and start to change from male to female They only change once though!!

All clownfish species are male until one becomes dominant and turns into a female.

if you have one that's larger than the other then the larger one will take on the role of the female.
