I have 3 percula clown where one of the clown the color change pale, is been almost 2 months, what cause this happen ?

My Tomato Clown, and many other fish, are paler when the lights go out. Mine doesn't regain all of her color until a few minutes after the lights go on.
If the paleness is constant it may mean that the fish is undernourished, or the water quality is bad. Is your tank still cycling? What are your ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate levels?
