clown diagnosis please

tonight i noticed one of my clownfish has a sucked in belly. kinda like if you were to suck in your gut. i feed twice a day and make sure it takes a couple bites every meal. so the fish does eat. but i wonder if i should feed more food per feeding, or is this because the fish is sick?
i do notice sometimes the clown gets right in line to the return pump and trys to swim against the current and it has to swim or move its body so fast to swim against the flow, doesnt do it all the time but i imagine it must be using a lot of energy so to speak to do it. ive seen both my clowns actually do this.
should i be worried? my water params are good and other then a sunken in belly it seems healthy, swims good and eats.
any suggestions?

Start feeding metronidizol (sp). Its possible there is an internal parasite that prevents the clown from getting enough nutrients from its food.

what is metronidzol? is this somethign i can get from a fish store?
and one more thing my "other" clown is in qt since it had a bubble eye. ive had these fish for about a week and a half and its had the bubble eye for probably the whole time ive owned it. i didnt notice it in the sotre but i did on the second day it was in my tank, it may have gotten it from the trip home since it was a long drive.
i have been treating it with a medicin called rally, my lfs guy said it should work and has had numerous customers use it with success, infact i was in the lfs store as a guy came in and asked for some for the same reason, and said it had worked for him.
i have givin 6 treatments of rally and there has been no change in size of the eye as far as i can tell, so i wonder if there is anything to treat. its not cloudy and the fish has no other signs of sickness i.e. slime coat, ich, cloudy eye etc. there is another medicine the lfs has that specifically says on the back for cloudy eye and bubble eye, i wonder if i should try it, its made by api. my lfs says rally is better though.
what should i do about the eye its been in qt for like 7 days. should i keep in it qt or put back in my dt and see what happens. the clowns are the only other fish i have other then my diamond goby and misc inverts.
