hey i have my clown in a 12gal biocube, do u think i should add a ai stone bubble with an air pump in there?

No, air pumps/air stones are not suggested in saltwater. Something about it possibly causing respratory / popeye. Even if it doesn't cause any harm the bubbles popping at the surface of the water causes a salty mess. I would just get a powerhead if you don't already have one.
