Clown fish 1 or 2 when i start

yes when i'm able to get my clown fish, should i get 1 or 2 right off the start.
what are the benifits if geetin 1 to 2 of them..
have my 29 G tank... for them to play in....

2 and go with the false percs. It's tough to find a mated pair. When you get two very small ones one will change female and get bigger and the other will stay male. They will live happily ever after, assuming good water parameters of course.

I picked up 2 false clown recently and love watching them play together. Plus it always leaves the door open to breeding if they mate.

I'd say, if you want 2 eventually. Get two from the start. They're great fish and great in pairs. Very funny habits.

No, not if you get them when they're young and small. Mine are probably less than 6 months old--they're just so darn cute when they're that small! One is slightly bigger and much bossier than the other one, so I'm guessing that's going to be the female!

What would you get a False or a True one???
as LFS dont' know when there false ones will come but they will be getting True ones next week..
what is the better way to go????

true percs are more money then the false percs. depends on how much more money of were you get it.
i like the true percs because of the black on them.
i really want the black and white clownfish, but already have clownfish in my tanks already
