Clown looks bad after anemine

I have a 26g bow that has been up a year now. The first fish I got was a clown that has done great. The water levels are all good (I test almost everything) and everything else is going great. I added an anemine to keep my clown happy (about 4 weeks ago). They have become best friends! Now the boottom fins on the clown look like they are covered with white velvet.
The clown is acting normal, and I don't think they are stressed (you know, expcet for being in a tank and not an ocean).
Is this normal? Worth QT-ing? I am trying to avoid this since I have 2 fish I just got from my LFS in there.
PS the Anemine is thriving. I have lots of LR, LS and other creatures (inverts).

Odd. ARe your other fish experiencing anything similar?
What kind of clown is it? What kind of anemone?

For the fish, you migh try posting in the disease and treatment forum.
As far as your anemone thriving, what kind of lighting do you have on that tank? What are you feeding the anemone?
