Clown Not Eating

Normally when I turn off some of my equiptment my Clown comes rushing to the top to feed (pellet and he loves them)... The past 3 days he's shown no interest in eating.
My parameter are fine and he seems to be acting normal other then that mentioned above and he looks good also. The only thing different is adding a Royal Gramma 1 week ago. The Gramma has stayed hidden for the most part but is coming out a little bit more but has shown no signs of aggression.
Any thoughts?

When you say the parameters are fine, what are they specifically?

He has early stages of Brooklynella. Hopefully I can save him. I lost the original host which was a Royal Gramma and my Goby should be dead by morning since no stores are open to pick up th meds for treatment.
