i got a pair of false percs abput 2 weeks ago and they have been fighting non stop for the first week and durring the second they havent fought except when there in the torch. when their in the torch they lock jaws alot. now the littler one goes to the bigger one and shakes really fast. what does this mean? anything to worry about?

They are establishing dominance. Perfectly normal.

Locking jaws is a sign that you got 2 females.

sometimes.
but yeah most of the time that is true if they are both female u dont want them in the same tank together

The quivering is a sign of submission. You may have to watch them closely. If the fighting and jaw locking continues you have 2 females. You should remove one and replace it with the smallest one you can find (from a community tank) to ensure it is a male. On the other hand if the smaller one continues showing submission you have a chance of creating a pair.
