Clown Problem

I came home from work this evening and found one of my clowns hanging out near the bottom and just to the left of the eye there is a gash. He seems to be ok he even became very active when I fed Brine Shrimp. I've only had them since Tuesday. Water parameters are:
Salinity - 1.025
Nitrites - 0
Nitrates - 0
Ammonia - 0
Alkalinity - 4.5
Phos - .2 (Working to get that down)
The white splotches are from the tank they are not on the clown.

what other inhabitants do you have in your tank. looks likw he may have gotten attacked by something.

I think he just brushed on some rock or sand. Mine do it all the time and heal just fine. Just watch him. If he is eating and acting normally, then no worries.
