I just bought a set of Perculas and when I looked at them in the store thay seemed fine - but now that I have them in my tank and have been watching them - One of them has a white dot on his top fin and its lips are swollen and it is not eating - any ideas... its in a 12g nano.

the white dot is most likely ick, probably just a little stressed. As far as them not eating, try feeding fish foods with garlic in them. The garlic will help build their immune system (to rid the ick) and encourage them to eat.
