clown question

I have a clown that i got about a week ago and today i noticed his skin seems to be peeling. It is almost like there is some sort of white film over him that is coming off. He is swimming normal and eating fine, just tested water and everything is normal....ammonia 0, nitrates 0, nitrites, 0 ph 8.3, temp 78 and salt tests 1.0245. does anyone know what this is and what should i do about it?

It could be Brooklynella or a bacterial infection. I would start soaking his food with fresh cut garlic and vitamins and post in the Disease and treatment forum.
