i got two regular clowns in my 24 gallon tank. i also got a bta in there. i know that they dont regularly host this kind of anenome and its better for maroons, but this tank has been set up for about a year, with the anenome in there for about 4 months. theres no signs of them hosting it, and i know that there isnt a set time for how long it will take, or whether it will even happen (which i dont think will) but before i get rid of my anenome due to being sick of it, does anyone have any stories or experiences of clowns that started hosting a looong time after introducing an anenome?

I have heard of people sort of trapping them with a net and forcing them to host, after a little bit removing the net, some stick around and host. There are some threads about coaxing them. Do a search on anenomes, you might find some tricks.
