Has anyone tried this combo with success? I have an empty 100 gal tank right now and was considering this combo with a snowflake eel added into the mix. I originally purchased the tank with a puffer in mind, but my lfs received a larger clown the other day and I was fascinated watching him...Cool fish. (I would be getting a small 2" clown, not this larger one...It sold within hours of delivery) I know the clown will probably get too large when he reaches adulthood, but that is ok because I plan on changing out this tank next year to either a 150 or 180 with internal overflows (don't have them on my current 100 gal). I guess the 180 would probably end up being the best choice since it is 24" wide and would give the clown plenty of swimming room.
But, back to my question, at adulthood, is a dog face aggressive enough to be housed with a clown trigger, if they are in a 180? I have visions of the clown thinking of the puffer as a "pig in the blanket" breakfast!
