Clown Trigger breathing hard...

I have two other triggers in my tank that are not affected. My clown which I've had for two and half years in screwed up. He must have some kind of fluke or parasite. Body is totally clean, nothing growing on him. What the hell can I do? I used a product called Live Bearer, it has done nothing. Can anybody recommend any product that will bang this *&^% out, whatever the hell it is.

Is he swimming? Eating normally? Give more info about how the fish is doing? Are the gills swollen? How is the fish's color? Acting normally otherwise?
