Clown trigger - eye lesion

Hi,
I just noticed a small (pin head size) opaque spot on one of my clown triggers eyes. It has only just appeared. Anyone know what this is or has anyone every heard of this before.

mine always has some kind of spot,, it comes and goes as it wants (?) could be nothing. Ive never noticed a problem with my trigger when it has it, but then it goe away in a few days each time (had the same clown trigger for 2 years now and its always done that, though none of my othe triggers have had it?)

thanks for the quick reply. This so called "spot" does not seem to affecting his behaviour. He's as hungry as ever, which is normal for him (no matter how much you feed him)

probably just an abrasion, just keep the water quality up, and good food
