One of my Clown Triggers eyes has turned smokey and is sticking out a little. Dose anyone have any ideas or suggestions.

Yes, this is popeye. It can be caused by an injury to the eye resulting in swelling of the eye ball [sorta like a black eye in people], or it can be a disease process, most likely a bacterial infection to the eye, and, sometimes a prelude to other disease process such as parasites.
Since it is only on one eye, I'm inclined to believe it is either injury or eye infection.
In this case, Maracyn2 would be a good medication to use for treatment. You should treat in a separate hospital tank, however, if you cannot setup a hospital tank AND you have a Fish-only tank [meaning no live sand, live rock, inverts, corals, etc.] then you can treat in tank following package directions.
