I have a 125 with a N iger and a spotted puffer, and a sfe. Had a porky puffer but he did not make it. I was thinking of adding a Clown trigger, would that be okay?

Clown triggers are notoriously delicate as small juveniles, nice, if a bit rough as medium sized fish and finally, usually turn out to be homicidal maniacs when they reach adulthood, assuming that you've gotten to the point where your fish live years, rather than months.
Many of the larger Triggerfish become extremely hostile and vicious as adults, and when you combine the tough, leathery body armor with very strong jaws and teeth that would make a boltcutter look dull, thre's not much that can stand up to them.
A 125 would house one adult Clown trigger, based on space (imagine a football in the tank and you're close) and as far as personality...well, an adult Clown, Queen or Titan trigger will show you exactly what I mean.
The worst of the smaller triggers is the Undulaus, which only grows to about 11" but will almost always kill everything in the tank at 1/2 to 3/4 that size.
If this sounds like I don't like triggerfish, it's not true....they are active (spelled: need lots of room), highly intellignet, have great personalities and beautiful, but many will need a tank all to themselves, much like a Lion or a Tiger.
It's just the nature of the beast.

Mike is correct, clown triggers grow large and do get quite vicious. I know a 125 may seem like a large tank, but when the fish you have listed grow, it will be quite cramped. Fighting will most likely occur, and lead to stress, which leads to lower immune system and disease and death...
One trigger per tank...
One tang per tank...
One angel per tank...
The above formula has worked great for me over the years!

Thanks for the backup Bull.....the one flaw I can see with that is you can often have a whole harem of DWARF angels of the genus Centropyge in larger tanks if you are willing (and can afford:D ) to add 4 or 5 at once.
Like wrasses, they go from neuter juveniles to females and finally, become males.......if you add several small specimens at the same time, the strongest will become the male and the rest will set up a pecking order among themselves as long as you have enough LR to offer refuges and escape routes during the inevitable arguments between the ladies!
