I just switched my 55 gallon over to a 75 gallon and I was thinking of getting a clown trigger. What is best compatible with clown triggers?

One of the large wrasse might work maybe a tusk or a eel, just make sure you add the clown last and let the others settle in first. Good Luck

it really depends on the trigger and his personality. They can be very agressive at times, and kinda have a jeckle/hyde personality. I have a clown trigger in with an assasi and a grouper and they do fine. But I did make sure to add the clown last. If u do get a clown trigger, make sure hes the last to go in, and a bit smaller than everyhting else. (But not too small, because when they are babies and small juvis they tend to be much less hardy than they are known for.)

I would not put a undulated Trigger in a tank with any other fish. Every time you do one as a baby it works for awhile and then they turn on their tankmates when they can. Every book I have read and every store I have ever seen them at they are alone as they are a nasty fish. having said all that I have ordered a baby one form my lfs today (1/2 dollar size) and I am going to start it off by itself and probably upgrade it along the way into some of my larger tanks but I fully intend to keep it by itself.

i learned about undulates by having experience with them, i kept them in there own tanks and tested there aggression for myself. undulates and clown triggers can also be seen swimming together in the wild. so if you have a tank large enough you can have both. i have also seen undulates in community tanks never turned on any of them. if you get them small you can pretty much control their aggression. they are very aggressive so anything introduced after him will be severly stressed. Alot of people warned me about them but most just read about it or heard about them. i was very curios about them so i had to see for myself. a couple divers also told me they can be seen together in the wild. back to the topic the 75 is too small for the clown anyway but you can grow him in there and then trade him in later an get a good price.
