Clown w/ Fungus?

I have three clowns. Two have developed sm. fuzzy looking white patch at mouth area. I took two out...treating w/Maracyn. I've watched other closely...He now developed a spot...then an hour or so later...it was gone! Now 4 hrs. later he has sm. spot on eye, and one on fin. 1Hr. later the spot against eye looks like it is hanging there. Is this still fungus? A type of ick? If so can I treat a HLLE tang w/hyposalinity? I'm not sure what it is now.

One spot, I think I would just keep an eye on it. Now if you actually see "fuzz"...a cottony growth, then that is a fungas that will require fungal medication.
Yes, you can treat a tang with HLLE with hypo, but I don't think you need to go there yet. You can only use hypo in a FO tank, BTW.
Feed your fish garlic soaked food.
