Clown with One White Spot

We have a golden maroon that came up with one white spot on his side a few days ago. Started CopperSafe treatment and the spot went away but now there is one spot on his other side! Still maintaining copper level.
Tank is 9 months old, fish only.
Any suggestions for next step?

You should move that guy and all other fish to a quarintine tank and apply copper stuff there. I think you will kill the crabs, snails and so on with copper.
Give him a fresh water dip and keep him in the Quaritine for at least 21 days.
I could be wrong, but this sound like ick
