Clownfish behavior

Ok, I have had a false perc clownfish for several months now about 3 weeks ago I added a second false perc. My original clown chased the new guy around and nipped at his fins a little but quickly they began swimming togather. Over the past 3 weeks they have gotten along fine with my original clown occationally chasing the new guy, and then the new guy would twitch for a bit and they would swim togather in harmony again.
Anyways today I noticed a change in behavior from my original clown. She has been spending a lot of time at the bottom of my tank near a ledge just kind of hovering there and then she will swim around the tank for awhile and chase the new clown for a moment before going back down to the same spot. I am curious if this might have something to do with my clown turning into a female, The two clowns are both fairly small so I am pretty certain she hasn't actually changed yet.
I've included a picture, can't really see the behavior from it, but this is the spot at the bottom of the tank right near the front that she is hanging out in.
Any ideas?

I was pretty sure the chasing and twitching and all was normal pairing up behavior. Just was suprised when my original starting hanging out in that one place. Maybe she is just setting up a home? I've heard that clownfish like to spawn along a cliff so maybe this is a good spot she is trying to set up..
This was also an excuse for me to post a picture of clownie...
