Clownfish breeding?

i believe my clownfish are breeding, but i am not sure, one dances in front of the other. do i need something special in the tank? will i have to try and find the eggs or will they guard the eggs? should i remove the eggs? please reply as this is exciting to our family. thanks

Sounds like there courting my percs did that when pairing off as far as breeding do you have a carpet anenome and if so look around it to see if there paying attention to a certain spot on a rock by it if they are you could have eggs.As far as raising the young they need to be removed as soon as possible parents will eat them.I raised mine in a ten gallon tank but with limited success I feed pulverized flake food then switched to baby brine shrimp. I would recommend larger rearing tank because I lost about half of the babys due to the tank size I plan to switch to larger tank(30gal)when I can offord it and talk my fiance into it.Almost forgot you can attract the babys to top of the tank at night with a flashlight then siphon out seems to be the safest way nets will damage them.

what kind of clowns do you have??? how big are they??? how long have you had them??? they could just be tring to astablish a pecking order.[
