Clownfish doing the wiggle, yet no eggs??

:help:I have a mated pair of Percula Clowns that have been living together in my 55 gal Reef tank for over a year and a half, the only other fish I have in the tank at the moment is a Royal Gramma (and he was added just recently) before I put him in they were alone for about 2 months. They go through what I have read as the mating rituals, the wiggleing and the cleaning of the Rock several times yet they never get around to laying the eggs. Big momma is dancing as we speak over the rock they always clean. Any ideas why they never get to laying of the eggs if they are having foreplay?
just wondering

They're not a mated pair until they actually produce fry. How long have they been clearing areas? They may be getting ready.
