clownfish fighting

i have four tank bred ocellaris clowns in my 220 gallon.
i got them all at the same time and they were about an inch long.
its been about three months now since i have them and they have doubled in size.
the past few weeks three of them have been ganging up on the smallest of the bunch.
they dont bite him they just chase him and keep him in a corner. but the chasing looks like its stressing him
is this normal? are they going to kill him?

Yes it's normal it's a dominace and territory thing, Yes they will kill him.
