clownfish fighting??

I have four clownfish in a 240 gallon and there is one bigger clownfish that chases a smaller one around the tank all the time. He tries to bite at the smaller one and when the bigger one gets close he will start snapping his head very quickly. Why is the big clown doing this?

he doesn't bother the other 2 though. he swims around with them just fine. It is just this one clown he picks on.

I would never attempt to keep more than one mated pair of grown clowns in the same tank, no matter how big the tank . A big female (the big ones are always females) clown, especially a big species (maroon, fire, cinnamon, etc) can be extremely aggressive. I know there are exceptions.
