Clownfish has a white spot that turned dark

One of my clownfish has a white discoloration near her mouth that has turned darker... is it possible it's a sting or should I be concerned about it being a disease? She kissed an anemone when I added it to my tank (has since been removed) and I thought maybe that did it? I tried to take a picture but the quality doesn't seem to come out well enough to actually *see* the spot. I have a SONY DSC-9, it's a 4.0 megapixel... how does everyone on here get such great shots? I can't get any closeups with definition it seems..
ALSO - both of my clownfish do this weird little thing where they shake for a second... almost like they are shivering. When they are close to the bottom they stir up the sand. I saw a post where someone put a clip in of his maroon clown messing up the sand.. the behavior is similar to that. Is this normal for them? They are percula clowns...

With regards to the shivering thing, Percs do strange things....that is why they are called clownfish! (well, not really, but works for me)
As for the pics, you may try finding a setting on your camera for closeup shots. Usualy has a image of a small flower. This setting allows it to focus on things within a few inches. Also, clean glass is key else your camera may focus on the glass rather than the fish! Try taking the pic at a slight angle to the glass. I found this helps sometimes.
As for the spot, hard to say on your description. Try and post a pic. Is your clown eating? Breathing alright?

Here are some pics, not that great imo but they are used with the macro option. Yes, she seems to be eating but very little compared to her BF (she seems real finicky)

Their breathing seems fine on both of them.

OK, doesn't look like anything too bad. If she is breathing alright and still eating (although a finicky clown is rare and worrisome), I would watch it closely.
Just in case, get a hospital tank ready for a quick setup (ie: get some water mixed, ect). If the spot gets bigger, more of them appear (the one on her tail is normal, mine has the same thing), she stops eating entirely or she starts breathing hard and fast, then get her to the hospital tank.
I am thinking that this is just a normal color change that often happens with clowns as they age......but better to prepare for the worst and then hope for the best!
Keep updating with her condition.

QT tank is up and ready to go so no problems there. Her eating habits I contributed towards them being new to the tank, it's only been a week now so I assumed she was settling in. Today she pecked at the food more than usual so that's a good sign

Well, previous black spot aside.. it looks like I will be using that QT tank after all. Both of the clowns have very tiny white dots on them that starting popping up today.. assuming it's ICH

It's a 26g tank, I guess I'm going to have to put my lawnmower blenny in too? The SG is at 1.022 in the QT tank right now (1.023 in the main tank) How many gallons of freshwater should I need to be able to drop it to 1.009 in 48 hours.. anyone know? Going to start it tomorrow night.
Wish me luck!
